Change is easy and simple when a person understands why and how some foods are destroying our health. The foods we evolved to eat (meat, fish, fowl, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables) over millions of years increase our health, vitality and longevity and the neolithic foods we did not evolve to eat (grains, sugar, dairy, legumes, artificial sweetners, unhealthy fats) will destroy our health. Change is only difficult when people are misled into believing that "neolithic foods" are good for us and continue eating them. by Andy Fuentes (I actually wrote something ha) I wrote this as a response to someone who said they were having a hard time switching over to the Paleo diet.
Robb Wolf has a great tactic for people who do not believe in the Paleo diet and that is to ask people to try it for 30 days and see what happens. It is a great idea because if people gave it a chance they would immediately notice how right this diet is for our bodies and improve their health and body composition too.
