This is an excellent talk given by Dr. Cordain and I believe much of this information is the basis for his book "The Paleo Answer". The most important points of this talk are that humans should be eating mainly meat, fish, fowl, fruits and vegetables and very little (if any) grains, sugar, dairy, legumes, artificial sweetners or unhealthy fats.
